Controlled-environment agriculture

Plant Science

From a family citrus orchard to controlled-environment agriculture — I design lighting experiments, run the statistics, and publish the results as first author.

Plant Science — the essentials

  • BSc Horticultural Science & Engineering → MSc controlled-environment agriculture & greenhouse crop production, University of Tehran.
  • Designed my own spectral-lighting experiments: red / far-red night interruption on basil.
  • First-author, peer-reviewed — Plants 2024, 13, 3145 (MDPI, IF ~4.5).
  • Hands-on greenhouse operations and a family citrus orchard; heading toward a PhD in CEA / space agriculture.
